Senior Product Analyst
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst who can understand a product end to end, turn complex ideas into clear requirements, and work closely with design, development, and business teams to bring them to life. This role requires strong product thinking and a solid working knowledge of AI. You should understand LLMs, AI agents, APIs, integrations, and automation well enough to identify useful opportunities, define how they should work, and discuss the technical approach with developers.
Key responsibilities
Analyse user needs, business goals, and product data to identify problems and opportunities
Define product requirements, user journeys, feature logic, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
Prioritise features and help the team make informed decisions about scope and delivery
Work with designers and developers to shape solutions, review prototypes, and ensure the final product meets the intended requirements
Identify where AI, agents, or automation can improve the product or internal workflows
Define AI feature requirements, including the data an agent needs, the actions it can take, the expected output, and how its performance should be assessed
Communicate product decisions and progress clearly to stakeholders, including presenting concepts or prototypes when needed
About you
Strong experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar product role
The ability to take an ambiguous idea, ask the right questions, and turn it into structured, actionable requirements
Strong understanding of product development, user experience, data analysis, and how to work with cross-functional teams
Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompting, AI agents, agent workflows, tool calling, and workflow automation
A working understanding of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and third-party integrations, with comfort reading API documentation and discussing requirements with developers
An understanding of how AI systems use company data, including knowledge bases and retrieval, and how to assess output quality, reliability, cost, and limitations
Hands-on experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, or prototyping
Clear communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain product logic, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders
Good command in English (Business level)
