You will be:

  • Tracking and analyzing SEO performance across brands, models, categories, and locations.
  • Measuring organic traffic growth, search rankings, crawlability, and search visibility metrics.
  • Building dashboards and automated reporting solutions for SEO and product stakeholders.
  • Analyzing relationships between inventory depth, content coverage, and search ranking performance.
  • Identifying long-tail search opportunities and quantifying their potential business impact.
  • Defining success metrics and KPIs for SEO and product growth initiatives.
  • Designing, executing, and evaluating SEO experiments, including:
    • indexing thresholds,
    • pagination logic,
    • internal linking strategies,
    • content variants,
    • landing page optimizations.
  • Partnering with Product Managers and AI Scientists to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Translating analytical insights into actionable product recommendations.
  • Supporting product roadmap decisions through quantitative analysis and business impact assessment.

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles,
  • advanced SQL skills,
  • strong experience with product analytics and experimentation frameworks,
  • experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar,
  • experience analyzing SEO performance and organic growth metrics,
  • familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, or similar analytics platforms,
  • experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies,
  • knowledge of search, marketplace, or e-commerce business models,
  • Python or R for advanced analytics,
  • experience working within cross-functional product teams,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • experience translating data into business recommendations,
  • ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders,
  • fluent English.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • automotive marketplace experience,
  • familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sistrix, or Screaming Frog,
  • experience supporting AI/ML-driven product initiatives,
  • knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) metrics and measurement approaches,
  • experience with AWS-based analytics ecosystems.
