· Partner with Product Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers to define success metrics and analytical requirements for roadmap initiatives, new features, and product enhancements.
· Analyze User Journeys: Evaluate user journeys, funnels, cohorts, feature usage, and customer segments to identify friction points, behavioral patterns, and growth opportunities.
· Support the Product Lifecycle: Deliver analytical support across product discovery, prioritization, launch readiness, and post-launch evaluation to strengthen decision-making at every stage.
· Build Dashboards & Self-Service Tools: Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and self-service reporting tools that offer product teams and leadership a unified view of performance.
· Drive A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and evaluate A/B tests and structured experiments, quantify feature impact, interpret complex results, and recommend actionable next steps.
· Develop Predictive & Analytical Models: Build analytical models—such as customer lifetime value, churn propensity, conversion pathways, segmentation, and usage forecasting—using SQL and Excel/Power BI.
· Influence Strategy & Governance: Present concise, actionable insights to guide product strategy while maintaining strict metric governance, documentation, and data-quality standards.
