Summary
Designs and deploys electrical products and services for data-center infrastructure, shepherding them from concept through launch while collaborating with engineering, ops, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new electrical products and services for data centers.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, product definition, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize product features.
- Analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide technical expertise and support for product‑related issues.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission‑critical facilities (including data centers).
- Professional Engineering or Architectural license.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region.
- Experience carrying design concepts from exploration through development and deployment or mass production.
