Senior Product Designer

ABC Design is a product design studio that partners with early-stage startups to design and launch their core products. We work as an extension of our clients' teams, building within their design systems and collaborating closely with engineering. AI is part of our everyday workflow.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead client products end to end, from early concept through to production-ready design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-impact products for venture-backed startups
• Turn early-stage concepts into polished, user-centered products, from initial flows to final specifications
• Explore design directions, make clear recommendations, and build alignment with stakeholders
• Work closely with founders and engineering teams to ensure a high-quality implementation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio of shipped work
• Strong systems thinking and visual design skills
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience working directly with founders and senior stakeholders, with the confidence to challenge assumptions
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Claude or Codex) in the design process
• Preferred: agency or studio experience, front-end development skills, or a background in fintech, health or AI products
