Senior Product Designer

Own real product problems from understanding the user to the final UI, across web and mobile. You'll shape solutions with PMs, prototype in Figma, work closely with engineers to ship, and bring interfaces to life through motion and micro-interactions. Depending on your product line, you'll design for jewelry shoppers, store teams, or internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own flows, prototypes, and final UI for live products used by real customers and teams.
• Add purposeful motion and micro-interactions that make journeys clearer, not just prettier.
• Use research, data, and feedback to drive design decisions.
• Design within our design system and help it grow.
• Think in complete journeys, states, and edge cases, not isolated screens.
• Defend your decisions with product reasoning in critiques and reviews.

Requirements:

• 1.5-4 years of UI/UX or product design on a live product with real users.
• A portfolio with at least 2 case studies showing the problem, process, trade-offs, and final design.
• Motion work in your portfolio (Figma Smart Animate, ProtoPie, Principle, After Effects, or Lottie).
• Strong Figma skills: components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping.
• Experience across web and mobile.

Preferred background:

• Design pedigree: B. Des / M. Des from NID, IDC IIT Bombay, Srishti, MIT-ID, Pearl Academy, NIFT, Symbiosis Institute of Design, or UID.
• Domain: e-commerce, retail, B2B dashboards, or internal tools.
• Design system contribution; user research or usability testing experience.
