Senior Product Designer
Who we are
Digital Bunch is a cross-disciplinary digital consultancy combining strategy, design, technology, CGI, and software development.
Our international team works across Warsaw, Riyadh, Sydney, and São Paulo, creating digital products and experiences for clients around the world. Our projects include mobile and web applications, digital platforms, interactive tools, and websites.
We are not interested in simply making screens look good. We help clients turn complex ideas into useful, intuitive, and distinctive digital products. Depending on the project, product design may connect with software development, branding, motion, 3D, or content production. By bringing these disciplines together, we can build more complete and engaging solutions.
You will have the opportunity to work on international projects for clients across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and the Americas, while collaborating with specialists from different disciplines across our team.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take ownership of the complete product design process - from an early idea or unclear client brief to a thoughtful, tested, and development-ready solution.
You should be comfortable working independently, asking difficult questions, challenging assumptions, and helping clients define what their product should actually be. We need someone who can think beyond individual screens and consider the complete product: its users, business purpose, functionality, structure, visual direction, and long-term development.
You will help bring different parts of a project together, working closely with developers, project managers, UX/UI designers, and specialists in areas such as motion, graphic design, and 3D.
You don’t need to master every discipline yourself — that’s what our specialists are here for. What matters is knowing when to involve them and how to communicate clear direction, requirements, references, and feedback.
This is an individual contributor role, but we are also looking for someone who can support other UX/UI designers, review their work, share knowledge, and help us continuously raise the quality of design across the company.
We believe this role will be a good fit for someone with at least five years of professional product design experience, including experience independently leading complex projects.

Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach
Attention to detail without losing sight of the broader product vision

What will help you succeed in this role
You do not need to come from one specific industry. Our projects change, so we value adaptability and curiosity more than narrow sector experience.
The strongest candidates will be able to combine three qualities:
Product ownership: You can take responsibility for a project and move it forward without waiting for detailed instructions.
Structured creativity: You can invent original digital solutions while keeping them realistic, useful, and understandable.
Collaborative leadership: You can align clients and specialists around one product vision, give clear direction, and improve the work of the people around you.
Experience in an agency, consultancy, product company, or software studio can all be relevant. What matters most is that you have worked on complex digital products, collaborated with different stakeholders, and can clearly explain the reasoning behind your decisions.

Your CV

A brief introduction about yourself
Your preferred contract type and salary expectations
Your portfolio should ideally include product design case studies showing the problem, your role, key decisions, collaboration with stakeholders, and the outcome. We especially value examples that demonstrate how you balanced user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and visual quality, as well as how you worked with developers or other specialists to bring the product to life.
Detailed case studies are appreciated, but we understand that confidentiality may limit what you can share publicly.
The recruitment process consists of an interview with our team and a practical task designed to show us how you approach product challenges.
We’re looking forward to seeing how you think, what you have created, and what we could build together.
