We are seeking a talented and hands-on senior product designer to join our world-class digital office. Our mission is to build highly human-centric digital banking experiences that empower customers and business partners to achieve their financial goals seamlessly.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end digital experiences, designing visual components at scale, and collaborating closely with cross-functional agile squads. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Product Design
    Wireframing & prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on complex business requirements.
    Design system governance: Utilize, scale, and maintain an enterprise-level design system, ensuring absolute visual consistency, pixel-perfect attention to detail, and organized component structures.
    Multi-platform delivery: Design intuitive user interfaces across web, desktop, and native mobile applications.
  2. User Research, Testing & Assessment
    UX evaluation: Assess existing digital products to optimize information architecture (IA), navigation flow, and overall usability classification.
    User validation: Conduct user testing initiatives—including card-sorting, treejack testing, and focus groups—to validate product direction and refine user vocabulary/preferences.
  3. Collaboration & Workshop Facilitation
    Agile squad integration: Work embedded within cross-functional agile squads alongside product owners, business analysts, and tech leads.
    Stakeholder management: Lead interactive workshops with business partners to clarify, refine, and translate complex requirements into actionable design decisions.
    Engineering hand-off: Partner closely with UI/front-end engineers to exchange feedback, incorporate technical considerations, and deliver high-quality design assets.

Candidate Specifications

Education & Core Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interactive media design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Methodology: Strong foundation in human-centered design (HCD) principles, design thinking methodologies, and agile delivery modes.

Soft skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design decisions clearly, accept constructive criticism, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Experience & Technical Skills

Essential (Must-Have):

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a product design or UX/UI role.
  • Portfolio: A strong, varied design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processes, complex web/desktop applications, and design system implementation.
  • Tools: Mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Platform design: Proven experience designing for both web/desktop ecosystems and native mobile UIs.
  • Cognitive skills: Critical thinking with a strong desire to learn user research lab methods and modern behavioral analytics tools.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have):

  • Fintech experience: 6+ months of experience working within financial services, banking, or large-scale fintech organizations.
  • Development literacy: Foundational knowledge of designing assets and markups for the web (HTML5 + CSS3).
  • Visual arts: Strong manual sketching/drawing skills.
  • 3D capabilities: 3D modeling and visualization skills using Cinema 4D or equivalent software.
