We move fast, think deeply, and build with purpose. Our culture is rooted in transparency, feedback, and collaboration along with shared wins, team dinners, company trips, and good times.

We’re a team of 100+ makers, doers, and boundary-breakers. If you’re ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of online safety, you belong here.

So, what’s the job?

We are looking for an impact-driven Senior Product Designer with high-level UX/UI craft and a passion for building seamless user journeys.

You’ll be an integral part of a squad that moves fast, leverages modern tools to iterate rapidly, and focuses on pushing the company forward through continuous experimentation and measurable, high-scale results.

You will

  • Lead projects independently while collaborating effectively within a squad, managing the creative process from concept to final execution.
  • Work closely with your squad in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful assets quickly and directly contributing to business growth and success.
  • Make data-driven design decisions, using KPIs and testing to inform creative solutions, optimize performance, and drive product improvements.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, preparing designs for development, ensuring smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Bring broad and versatile product design capabilities, with strong UI/UX expertise and sharp attention to detail.
  • Be part of Guardio’s Design team, which includes Product Designers and Brand Marketing Designers. As well as your work, you’ll be involved in creating methodologies and best practices for the Design team.

  • A data-informed mindset, with a good understanding of business strategy, KPIs, and how to design for A/B tests.
  • Strategic thinker who knows how to see the big picture, plan effectively, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator who thrives when collaborating across different disciplines and teams.
