Senior Product Designer Pay

You will guide UX craft and cross-functional design alignment, use data and user feedback to shape problem statements and experiences, validate concepts with customers, and lead end-to-end design quality for Pay features. You will partner across design, product, research, engineering, and markets to ship consistent, user-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Use data, insights, and user feedback to shape problem statements, interfaces, and user journeys
• Generate ideas and validate directions with customers
• Participate in design critiques and product leadership feedback meetings
• Partner with design leadership on strategic decisions and Pay experience improvements
• Own end-to-end design quality for Pay-related features
• Mentor other designers
• Co-lead the product development process
• Partner with content designers, visual designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers
• Build and ship experiences across markets
• Drive consensus and advocate for user and business needs

Requirements

• Native crypto experience
• Payments experience or interest in CeFi or DeFi
• 6-8 years of Product Design experience
• Experience designing digital products in an agile development environment
• Mobile-first design portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or Web Design, or equivalent project or portfolio experience
• Human-centered design principles
• User research
• User experience design
• Interaction design
• Prototyping
• Design methodologies and tools
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Presentation skills
• Communication skills
• Experience designing for FinTech, investment platforms, or crypto products is preferred
• Experience working across offices and time zones is preferred
