The Platform Design team is on a mission to fuel innovation through design. We don’t just build tools: we shape world-class ecosystems and craft high-impact solutions that empower organizations to thrive in an increasingly complex digital world.

As part of our Shipping Our Expertise (SOE) team, you will be at the forefront of a major strategic shift. This is an incredibly exciting space where we productize the way of working into a catalog of emerging SaaS products.

We are building the future of how some of the most renowned software development companies in the world, from industry giants to agile startups, operate, collaborate, and scale.

This role is a unique hybrid, bridging the gap between deep Product UX, Brand identity, and Product Marketing. You will not only apply our build systems but actively compose the visual language and user experience for the future catalog of software shipping. It’s about creating a new professional standard for software used by diverse customer types worldwide, including cross-functional partnerships, R&D teams, company managers, and operational functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Frame complex problem spaces and define the design strategy for our emerging SaaS catalog, exploring multiple solutions before landing on a high-conviction recommendation.

  • Own the design quality and cohesion of sophisticated user journeys, ensuring our product UX and visual language are consistent, seamless, inspiring, and world-class.

  • Contribute to and evolve a design system that supports a growing catalog of external-facing products, balancing existing paradigms with fresh, innovative visual instincts.

  • Craft intuitive experiences for a wide range of customer types, from executive decision-makers to technical specialists, ensuring our software solves sophisticated organizational challenges.

  • Build strategy briefs, high-fidelity overview decks, and meticulous, easy-to-navigate flows and technical specs.

  • Expertly represent the design field in product rituals and high-stakes collaborator forums, including studio-wide All Hands.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science at the highest levels to co-create strategic direction and challenge the team's understanding of the problem space.

  • Empower and mentor other designers, fostering a culture of high-caliber design strategy and execution.

Who You Are

  • You possess incredible aesthetic taste and instincts, "sweating the details" of visual design while remaining grounded in functional, high-utility product UX.

  • You understand how to take the core energy of the brand and refine it into a professional SaaS context that feels Alive, Human, and Meaningful.

  • You have a proven track record partnering cross-functionally in a complex product environment, such as scaled tech companies, platforms, or leading agencies.

  • You have experience in product marketing and are proficient with content management systems (ideally Webflow or similar) to bring brand stories and product value-propositions to life.

  • You approach projects with a comprehensive mentality, proven to deliver solutions that simplify complex workflows for diverse user groups.

  • You excel at sharing critical information across teams and can back up your ideas with clear rationale and data-driven insights.

  • You are committed to continuous growth, adapting seamlessly to the fast-paced shifts of the global SaaS landscape.

Top 3 skills:

1. Visual design excellence (multi-disciplined).

2. Ability to unravel complex technical solution into simple UX.

3. Agentic workflows. Top experience - complex UX (dashboard design) - usually found in SaaS and FinTec

Where you’ll be

  • This role is based in Stockholm (Sweden). You will need to be based in SWEDEN (!).

  • Start/end: Asap untill 20/3 -2027
