Senior Product Designer Securities

You will design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for traditional finance and real-world asset products across mobile and web. You will turn complex financial workflows, including margin trading, commodities trading, and recurring investments, into clear, low-friction journeys for novice and experienced investors. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify funnel bottlenecks, validate hypotheses, and improve trading conversion and drop-off metrics. You will contribute to scalable design architecture and maintain consistent, high-quality experiences across investment products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Data stakeholders to shape the roadmap, validate customer problems, and deliver feasible, compliant features.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for traditional finance and real-world asset products across mobile and web platforms.
• Translate complex financial mechanics into accessible, low-friction user journeys.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify bottlenecks and validate product hypotheses.
• Improve trading conversion and drop-off metrics.
• Contribute to scalable design architecture and consistent, high-quality investment-product touchpoints.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Data stakeholders to shape roadmaps and deliver compliant features.

Requirements

• Experience in Product, UX, and UI Design for complex fintech, brokerage, trading, or wealth-management ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design.
• Ability to simplify data-heavy interfaces and complex workflows.
• Experience using behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics to inform design decisions.
• Experience working in fast-moving, highly regulated environments and meeting Risk and Compliance requirements.
• Customer empathy and stakeholder management skills.
