Senior Product Designer
Summary
Senior Product Designer owning Super.com's travel experience end to end — hotel discovery, search, booking, and post-booking flows. Remote-first role working with PMs and engineers, using Figma, Amplitude, Snowflake, and A/B testing, and contributing to the Atlas design system.
About
We started to help maximize lives, both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team, so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that is more than just a job. It is an opportunity to unlock one's potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.
We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company. We care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
About the role
This Senior Product Designer owns the Travel experience end to end: discovery, search, booking, and post-booking.
The problems are specific. Hotel search runs across multiple suppliers, so result speed and result completeness trade against each other. Filtering and comparison need a rework grounded in usage data. Post-booking covers changes, cancellations, and support. You will work across all of it, from framing the problem through shipped design.
About the team
This role sits in the Travel vertical on the Product Design team, alongside designers covering core app experiences, fintech, and design systems. You will work daily with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data partners.
Amplitude and Snowflake are part of the normal workflow here, and most changes ship as A/B tests. The team also contributes to Atlas, the design system.
What you'll be working on
Design the travel journey end to end, from discovery and search through booking, confirmation, and post-booking
Own search and results: filtering, sorting, comparison, map and list views, and loading behavior
Work with product, engineering, and research to frame problems and explore the solution space
Use product analytics and research to size opportunities and build the case for work that competes for roadmap space against revenue features
Prototype and test at low and high fidelity, and run A/B tests that produce a clear read
Contribute to quarterly strategy and roadmap planning for Travel
Add patterns to Atlas when travel work generalizes to the rest of the app
What we're looking for
5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing high craft and measured outcomes
Ownership of end-to-end product design, from discovery through delivery and iteration
Experience with complex, data-dense interfaces where result quality, speed, and comparison matter
Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and research partners
Ability to move work forward without a clear brief
Clear communication, including presenting a recommendation to senior stakeholders and holding it under questioning
Expertise in Figma and modern product design tooling, including design system maintenance
A track record of contributing to a design system
Bonus points for
Experience designing for travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce, especially multi-supplier inventory and dynamic pricing
Experience designing for consumer-facing mobile applications
Experience partnering with data science on A/B testing, using tools such as Amplitude
Motion design experience
