Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
Summary
Designs and builds a unified product UI/UX, brand identity, and design system for a tech startup from the ground up.
Responsibilities
· Establish and define the foundation of product design and brand identity from the ground up.
· Lead the creation of a cohesive design language that integrates product UX/UI, brand design, and scalable design systems.
· Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to shape how the product looks, feels, and communicates with users.
· Develop and maintain a scalable design system to support product evolution and consistency across platforms.
· Drive the visual identity of the product, ensuring alignment with brand values and user experience goals.
· Balance strategic design thinking with hands-on execution, delivering high-quality design outputs.
· Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product experience.
· Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree/Master Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field(or equivalent practical experience).
· Min6 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles, preferably in tech or digital products.
· Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, brand identity, and designsystems.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
· Experience building and scaling design systems from scratch.
· Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to thrive in an early-stage product environment, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into practical design execution.
