Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Turning requirements and needs into polished interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Creating interactive prototypes to validate design decisions
- Ensuring faithful implementation of designs alongside the frontend team
- Setting design directions and proactively initiating redesigns for struggling modules
- Maintaining full visual consistency across the brand and scaling UX/UI standards
- Collaborating closely with the development team and in-house domain experts
- Working in a flexible model: remote, hybrid, or on-site in Warsaw
Kogo poszukujemy?
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications with successfully commercialized projects
- Deep knowledge of current UX/UI trends and ability to spot outdated designs
- Fluent in Figma and Design Systems, with experience expanding and scaling UX/UI standards
- Ability to set directions, understand business goals, and soundly justify design decisions
- Strong autonomy and full ownership of work, not looking for a management role
- Fluent English for working in an international environment
