Senior Product Designer User Growth
Summary
Design growth-focused crypto products and marketing flows, from research to high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with global teams to boost conversion and engagement.
You will lead the complete product design process from user and business insights through implementation. You will create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction designs, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes; design growth products and marketing initiatives; and improve conversion and engagement. You will collaborate with research, writing, brand, product, development, and marketing teams, work across regions, and lead design reviews and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete product design process from inception to execution
- Translate research into design strategies and solutions
- Deliver user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction designs, mockups, and prototypes
- Design growth-oriented products and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with UX research, UX writing, and brand teams
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-regional projects
- Initiate and participate in design reviews and design thinking workshops
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing internet product design
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience designing growth products, conversion flows, and acquisition or retention mechanisms
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in user experience design methodologies
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
