Requirements

At CONVOTIS Iberia, we are looking for a Product Designer capable of converting complex problems and early ideas into clear and compelling product concepts and user experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other teams, from discovery and concept development through to delivery.

• Between 3 and 5 or more years of experience in UX and digital product design, taking ideas from discovery and concept development through to delivery

• Portfolio with concrete examples of previous work, showing your role, your process, your key decisions, and their impact

• Solid experience in interaction design, prototyping, and product vision

• Ability to conceive, shape, and communicate new product and experience ideas

• Autonomy to navigate ambiguity and influence product direction

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with practical use of AI tools (such as Codex, Claude, or similar) for ideation, prototyping, research, or design flows

• At least one concrete idea or use case of how AI could add value to the product experience or the design process

• Fluent English, spoken and written

• Orientation towards end-to-end responsibility

• Motivation to learn the networking domain (wired and wireless protocols) and apply it to customers' network troubleshooting challenges
