Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
- Lead the evolution of the design system with scalable components, patterns, and guidelines
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and Brand Designers to deliver intuitive, user-centred experiences
- Influence product strategy through research, insights, and design thinking
- Champion accessibility, visual quality, and best-practice UX standards across web and mobile applications
- Drive adoption of the design system through collaboration, design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor and inspire others by contributing to a culture of design excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem solving, and delivery of successful digital products
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products and workflows
- Exceptional visual design, interaction design, and user experience design skills
- Experience working within Agile, cross-functional product teams
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to present and influence design decisions
- Experience building, scaling, or contributing to enterprise design systems
- Understanding of HTML and CSS and how design translates into front-end development
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Illustration, iconography, or visual systems expertise
- Experience conducting or leveraging user research to inform design decisions
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Technology, or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
