About Eatwellconcept

Eatwellconcept is the company behind Wello Food, a purpose-built brand around one belief: we want to make ‘food as medicine’ a reality. We are a small, fast-moving team building medical nutrition therapy technology to create a best-in-class product that helps people live measurably better. We believe what we eat should be one of the most powerful tools we have for living well, one meal at a time. Wello Food is how we are turning that belief into something real, starting in Bangkok, our kitchen to the world, and going a lot further than that.

We’re hiring our Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to own design across mobile and web. This is a rare opportunity to define the design direction for Eatwellconcept, build a cohesive product experience end-to-end, and work closely with the CEO, product, engineering, and our clinical experts.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end product design (mobile + web)

  • Lead the full design lifecycle for mobile app and our web experience; discovery, research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and dev handoff.

  • Design experiences that feel native on iOS, Android and responsive web, respecting platform guidelines and accessibility best practices.

Research & validation

  • Run user interviews, contextual inquiries and usability tests to validate assumptions and prioritise features.

  • Translate research and analytics into clear user problems, job stories and measurable success criteria.

Product thinking & strategy

  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Clinical teams to shape product strategy and roadmap from a design lens.

  • Define product priorities, success metrics and iterate rapidly using data and user feedback.

Build systems & scale design

  • Create and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma (or equivalent) to ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Establish design patterns, accessibility guidelines, and handoff standards for engineering.

Deliver with speed and quality

  • Ship high-quality UX under tight deadlines in a startup environment, balancing speed with attention to detail.

  • Advocate for delightful microinteractions, accessible patterns and clear information architecture.

Be a design leader

  • As the first designer, set design standards, document best practices and help hire/mentor future product designers as we grow.

  • Represent the voice of users in cross-functional discussions and client conversations when needed.

What we’re looking for

Required

  • 3+ years product design experience, with demonstrable end-to-end work on mobile apps and web applications.

  • Strong portfolio showing process (research → exploration → prototype → final UI) and examples of shipped mobile + web products.

  • Expert in Figma (or similar), prototyping tool, and design-to-development handoff.

  • Solid understanding of interaction design, UX research methods, responsive design, visual design and accessibility.

  • Comfortable working closely with engineers (HTML/CSS familiarity a plus) and translating designs into implementation-ready specs.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and owns outcomes end-to-end.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to present design rationale and influence decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health, nutrition, wellness, or clinical environments.

  • Knowledge of behavioral design, habit formation, or persuasive product patterns.

  • Experience building or running a design system.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Why join Eatwellconcept?

  • Be a pioneer. Shape the product design and user experience as our first product designer.

  • Make an impact. Help build products that improve people’s health using clinically sound approaches.

  • Grow fast. Significant opportunity for professional growth as the company scales.

  • Collaborative culture. Work with clinicians, sports scientists, psychologists, engineers and founders in a close-knit team.

  • Competitive compensation & benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Free lunch at office

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • Social Security Fund

  • 14 days paid holiday

  • Wellness & Fun Reimbursement

  • A fun, collaborative environment that supports growth and developmen
