Senior Product Designer Web3 Growth
Summary
Design DeFi products and user experiences for web3 users, owning transaction workflows, data displays, and growth initiatives while collaborating with global teams.
You will define DeFi products and create user experiences for web3 users. You will own transaction workflows, data displays, and feature execution; translate research into design strategies; and independently deliver user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction designs, mockups, and prototypes. You will design growth products and marketing initiatives, collaborate with design system, UX writing, brand, product, and engineering teams, and improve quality through reviews and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete product design process from inception to execution
- Translate research into design strategies and solutions
- Deliver user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction designs, mockups, and prototypes
- Design growth-oriented products and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with design system, UX writing, and brand teams
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-regional projects
- Initiate and participate in design reviews and design thinking workshops
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing internet product design
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience designing growth products, conversion flows, and acquisition or retention mechanisms
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in user experience design methodologies
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
