Senior Product Designer shaping a client's global financial-services marketing website — driving end-to-end UX/UI, visual design, and data-driven optimization in a regulated environment. Onsite in Copenhagen (min. 4 days/week in office) on a 16-month contract starting ASAP.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our clients team and contribute to the evolution of their global marketing website. You will design digital experiences that enable prospective clients to discover, understand, and engage effectively with the client services. This role integrates UX, UI, visual design, optimization, and digital storytelling.
Main Responsibilities
Drive design projects from concept to implementation across various digital touchpoints.
Transform complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences.
Create solutions that align customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Enhance the quality and consistency of our digital experiences through strong visual design.
Translate insights and behavioral data into actionable design opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine customer journeys and design solutions.
Help define reusable templates and experience patterns for efficient delivery.
Ensure a data-driven design process in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Maintain close coordination with developers for high-quality implementation.
Contribute to a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing initiatives.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end design projects.
Strong visual design skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience in simplifying complex information for user engagement.
Effective communication skills supported by customer insights.
Collaboration experience with developers understanding technical aspects.
Knowledge of modern web technologies and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with CMS-driven and multi-market websites.
A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and quality execution.
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization.
Skills in motion design, interaction design, or advanced prototyping.
Familiarity with AI tools in design or development workflows.
Interest or experience in financial services.
Experience in regulated industries.
