Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Join a product team building an AI-powered loan origination platform for financial services. You will own design for a core product area, making complex, high-stakes workflows easier to use and helping lenders move toward more automated mortgage origination.

What You'll Do

• Lead design end to end, from discovery through high-fidelity design, in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Plan and conduct customer discovery and usability sessions, then translate findings into design decisions.
• Create clear patterns for multi-step automation, data-dense tables, and high-stakes decision screens.
• Design AI-powered experiences that account for uncertainty, user intervention, streaming content, and graceful error handling.
• Build and maintain Figma component libraries and design system assets.
• Prototype in local development environments and collaborate directly with code, including AI-assisted workflows.

What We're Looking For

• At least 7 years of hands-on product design experience, including in-house work on complex B2B SaaS products.
• A portfolio with detailed case studies and shipped outcomes, showing polished interaction and visual design for workflow-heavy products.
• Deep Figma proficiency with components, variants, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.
• Experience working with code, opening pull requests, or building local prototypes, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in a startup or small product team, alongside strong cross-functional collaboration.
• A formal degree and, ideally, experience in fintech, lending, regulated industries, document-heavy workflows, or AI-powered product experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $170,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
