We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Razer Fintech Digital Assets' full portfolio. This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role for someone who can set a unified product strategy across multiple product lines — spanning digital asset/crypto infrastructure, payment rails, and wallet or custody-type services — while also driving hands-on execution with engineering and compliance teams.

You will work closely with various stakeholders in Engineering, Compliance/Legal, Commercial, Marketing and the wider Razer Fintech Group of Companies, product organizations to ensure new digital asset offerings are secure, regulatory-compliant, scalable, and genuinely valuable to consumers, merchants, and partners across Southeast Asia and beyond.

What You'll Own

• Digital Asset / Crypto Infrastructure — product strategy for crypto, stablecoin, or tokenized-value offerings under the Razer Fintech umbrella

• Payments & Wallet Integration — bridging digital assets with Razer's existing payment rails (e.g., USD & SGD denominate issuing and acquiring of stable coins, virtual credit, e-wallet, Forex exchange buy and sell etc.)

• Mobile app, Website & Api-to-Api — enabling merchants and partners across to engage in transactions for digital assets via the various touch points.

• Merchant & Partner Enablement — enabling merchants and partners across Razer's O2O payment network to accept or settle in digital assets where applicable

• Compliance-Ready Product Design — ensuring products meet MAS licensing requirements (e.g., Major Payment Institution license) and evolving digital asset regulation in Singapore and the region

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching product vision and multi-quarter roadmap across Razer Fintech Digital Assets' product lines, ensuring alignment with the broader Razer Fintech and Razer Inc business goals

• Prioritize across a diverse portfolio, balancing new digital asset opportunities against platform stability, security, and regulatory obligations

• Partner with Engineering to translate strategy into shippable, well-scoped product requirements

• Work hand-in-hand with Legal and Compliance to ensure every product meets MAS and other applicable regulatory requirements for digital assets and payments

• Own product metrics thinking — track adoption, transaction volume, and revenue/cost across product lines and report to leadership

• Act as the internal voice of the customer — gather feedback from consumers, merchants, and partners to inform roadmap decisions

• Lead go-to-market collaboration with Commercial and Marketing for new product launches, especially where digital asset products integrate with existing Razer’s ecosystems

• Manage and mentor product managers/owners embedded within individual product lines, setting a consistent bar for product craft

• Represent product in strategic conversations with external partners, regulators, and ecosystem players (exchanges, payment networks, banks)

• Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape across digital assets, stablecoins, and gaming-adjacent payments to keep the company ahead of market shifts.

• This is an individual contributor role.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in product builder from Crypto to Stable coins in both issuing and acquiring, with 3+ years in a senior/leadership capacity owning multiple product lines or a product portfolio.

• Experience in fintech, payments, eCommerce, or crypto/digital asset infrastructure — direct experience with stablecoins, tokenized assets, or crypto payment rails is a strong plus

• Demonstrated ability to operate in a regulated environment, partnering closely with “Legal/Compliance/Risk/Operations/Information Security” functions.

• Strong technical fluency — comfortable working with Engineering on APIs, ledger/blockchain systems, digital wallet, Forex exchange, Currency swaps and infrastructure-level products

• Track record of shipping products end-to-end: from strategy and discovery through launch and post-launch iteration

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical skills — comfortable defining and tracking product/business metrics

• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to distill complex financial/technical concepts for varied audiences

• Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs

• Genuine interest in gaming, gaming communities, or youth/millennial digital finance is a plus given Razer's brand and customer base

Nice to have:

• Experience with issuance of virtual credit peg to stable coins or payment systems.

• Understanding of stablecoin reserve mechanics, custody models, or digital asset licensing regimes

• Existing network within Southeast Asia's fintech, Block Chain, Stable coin, or crypto ecosystem
