Summary

Senior Product Engineer in Singapore develops and supports semiconductor test processes for RF, mixed-signal, digital, and power management chips, working with foundries and test teams to improve yield and reliability.

  • Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal /Digital)/Power Management) through all phases from development to productionrelease
  • Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
  • Close interaction with Product Test Engineering/Design team and Communicate technical product status to management
  • Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
  • Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve all production issues.
  • Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
  • Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp

Job Requirements

  • Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
  • 5-8 years relevant experience on the Product/Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred.
  • Experience in leading the technical team is added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of test concepts on digital , PMIC, Mixed Signal and RF products
  • Hands on experience using Advantest 93K ATE
  • Good experience with statistics and data mining.
  • Strong Data analysis skill & exposure on any Statistical Analysis Software’s JMP, CEDA or Data power and Optimal plus tool knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge in scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
