Role Overview
The Senior Product Engineer / Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end technology development and maintenance across 360tf s web, backend and mobile applications.
The role requires a strong hands-on engineer who can work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, mobile applications and cloud environments, while also taking ownership of solution architecture and technical design. The individual will be expected to both define the technical approach and personally contribute to development, deployment, production support and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, maintain and enhance 360tf s web, backend and mobile applications
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of assigned products and features from solution design
through development, testing, deployment and production support - Own and evolve the solution architecture across applications, APIs, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure
- Personally design and develop critical features, backend services, APIs, integrations and platform components, remaining hands-on with coding and implementation.
- Work closely with Product and BA teams to translate business requirements into scalable and practical technical solutions
- Design and maintain APIs, microservices, databases and third-party integrations
- Ensure appropriate standards for performance, security, scalability, reliability and code quality
- Manage cloud deployment, CI/CD, monitoring and technical troubleshooting
- Conduct code reviews, guide developers and contribute to technical standards and architecture decisions
- Maintain essential architecture and technical design documentation
- Evaluate new technologies, including AI and automation, to improve products and engineering efficiency.
- Timely and high-quality delivery of products, features and enhancements
- Stable, secure and scalable applications and services
- Strong end-to-end ownership from solution design through production support
- Effective architecture and integration across applications, APIs, databases and cloud environments
- Meaningful hands-on contribution to critical development and implementation

- Continuous improvement in engineering quality, performance and development practices
- Senior 10+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on full-stack capability
- Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, Angular or equivalent
- Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python/FastAPI or equivalent
- Strong experience in solution/application architecture, APIs, microservices, databases and integrations
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, Docker/containers and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of application security, performance, scalability, reliability and production support
- Experience leading technical delivery, conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
- Ability to move comfortably between architecture decisions and hands-on coding
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Fintech, banking, payments or financial-services technology experience preferred
