Description
- Ownership of the functional Dynamics 365 Commerce domain
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Translating business requirements into functional solutions
- Supporting implementation activities across different markets
- Working on product catalog management, pricing and promotions, online channels, customer journeys, order management, and webshop optimization
- Supporting testing, release activities, deployments, and continuous improvements
- Working closely with business users to ensure alignment of solutions with operational needs
- Strengthening in-house commerce capabilities and reducing dependency on external partners
- Bachelor level degree in IT, Economics, or an equivalent field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role as a functional consultant or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce
- Experience with Site Builder and Online Channels
- Knowledge of Product Catalog Management, Pricing & Promotions, and Order Management
- Experience supporting B2B and B2C commerce environments
- Strong retail and eCommerce process knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
