The role requires the ability to translate customer insights into product concepts, technical requirements, and commercial solutions. The successful candidate will own the entire product lifecycle—from customer discovery and innovation through prototyping, productization, and business scaling.

This role will lead innovation and new product development for the Video portfolio (CCTV & VMS). Key responsibilities include managing the existing product portfolio, defining the product roadmap, identifying customer needs, and developing differentiated solutions that deliver strong customer value and business returns. The position will partner closely with Engineering, Sourcing, and Quality teams to ensure successful and timely product launches, while also driving portfolio positioning, pricing, target market strategy, and sales enablement to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
