Requirements
● Experience working in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Operations, or a similar role focused on solving customer and business problems.
● Experience contributing to the development and improvement of digital products, platforms, or operational solutions.
● Strong customer mindset with the ability to understand user needs and translate insights into meaningful product improvements.
● Analytical approach with the ability to use data, customer feedback, and business insights to support decision-making.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and prioritise opportunities based on customer and business impact.
● Curious and proactive mindset, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment, learn, and continuously improve.
● Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes
