Our client is an international technology company supporting global enterprises in designing, building, and scaling advanced digital products. The organization combines product development expertise with data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to help its clients modernize their businesses and introduce new technology-driven services.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will take ownership of complex, data-intensive products developed for the retail sector. You will work directly with international clients and collaborate with engineering, data science, AI, UX, and delivery teams located across several regions.

- At least 5 years of professional experience in Product Management
- Proven experience in building data-driven, analytical, AI-enabled, or enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Experience in at least one retail or marketing technology domain, such as retail media, FMCG, loyalty systems, AdTech/MarTech, customer data platforms, pricing tools, or retail/supply chain planning solutions
- Good understanding of how Generative AI solutions are designed and used in production environments
- Familiarity with LLM-based products, AI agents, prompt-driven interfaces, and human validation mechanisms
- Strong analytical skills and confidence when working with algorithms, predictive models, and complex datasets
- Experience cooperating with enterprise clients and advising senior business stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in situations where requirements may initially be incomplete or ambiguous
- Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum product development practices
- Experience working with international and geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI
- Very good command of English, enabling daily cooperation with international clients and teams
Nice to have:
- Experience defining guardrails and quality controls for LLM-powered products
- Understanding of AI usage costs, including token consumption and model-related operating expenses
- Knowledge of data privacy requirements affecting AI and analytical products, including GDPR or Data Clean Rooms
- Previous experience in a technology consulting, software agency, or professional services environment
- Experience working as part of a client’s internal product organization
