Senior Product Manager - AI Scheduling

Genius AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Scheduling to own the roadmap that determines how over 120,000 appointment-based businesses fill their books, from core calendar infrastructure to AI-powered scheduling tools. This role will define and ship high-impact features that directly drive GMV and provider retention, balancing platform stability with new capabilities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Own the Scheduling roadmap end-to-end, prioritizing platform reliability, new capabilities, and AI-powered features
  • Ship the mobile calendar to general availability and define future enhancements focused on performance, intelligence, and differentiated user experience
  • Translate appointment-based business needs into scalable product logic across diverse business types
  • Define and deliver AI-native scheduling experiences, such as intelligent availability surfacing and agentic rebooking flows
  • Build a continuous improvement loop across booking volume, calendar utilization, and AI engagement metrics, diagnosing and acting on key drivers
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to bring complex, infrastructure-heavy features to market efficiently

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, owning complex, high-impact product areas at a high-growth technology company, ideally in scheduling, calendar, marketplace, or workflow-automation products
  • Have shipped AI-powered features or redesigned workflows around AI tooling, with a clear perspective on where AI creates leverage and proof of building real products with it
  • Possess strong analytical instincts, using both quantitative and qualitative data to drive prioritization
  • Demonstrate technical fluency, comfortable with complex domain models and architecture conversations, and able to translate platform constraints into clear product tradeoffs
  • Have experience bringing platform or infrastructure-adjacent products to market, sequencing development based on technical dependencies
  • Seek out repeatable tasks to automate, focusing your attention on high-impact decisions

Total Compensation

The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $170,000 - $220,000 plus target equity and benefits. The base salary offered depends on skills, experience, and education.
