Senior Product Manager, AI

Lead the roadmap and delivery across Webflow's agent surfaces, including the AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the underlying AI platform. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other and build shared primitives once to serve both first-party and third-party agents. Define the quality bar for agent experiences and build the evaluations, guardrails, and metrics that hold the team to it. Serve developers and creators at the same time by balancing developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual creators. Contribute heavily to the agent product strategy and turn it into work that ships. Prototype ideas, ship small improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close to implementation to make sharp product calls. Place durable bets as the AI landscape shifts by staying close to customers and adapting fast.

Requirements

• BS/BA college degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years of product management experience with real depth in AI-powered systems
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility
• Hands-on experience with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces
• Experience building AI products and setting evaluations, guardrails, and success metrics
• Experience building both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators
