Senior Product Manager

The Role:

Arine is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team of software and clinical professionals. In this role, you will report into the product team and own the clinical infrastructure behind every Arine program.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Evolving our core clinical recommendation engine into a scalable service with clear interfaces and guardrails, making recommendations usable across the platform and by external partners
• Expanding the clinical data inputs that power personalized recommendations for patients and providers
• Building a repeatable framework for launching new clinical programs, from defining target populations and goals through piloting and scaling
• Owning the portfolio of clinical programs, including how programs are evaluated and promoted across teams
• Standardizing how programs are configured so client-specific needs are met without one-off custom builds
• Partnering with Implementation, Client Solution Architects, and Customer Success to streamline how clients are onboarded to clinical programs
• Working with our clinical team to keep programs current with evolving industry guidelines and regulations
• Collaborating closely with clinical experts to ensure the platform drives better health outcomes
• Translating clinical and business needs into clear requirements for engineering and data science
• Using data to prioritize work that balances user value, business impact, and clinical safety

Who You Are and What You Bring:

• 8+ years in product management, preferably building clinical or healthcare software products and services
• A track record of turning one-off client work into repeatable processes and standards
• Clinical background (PharmD, MD, RN, or BSN) strongly preferred, or equivalent hands-on clinical experience
• Working knowledge of healthcare quality measures and medication-related care programs
• Experience building or owning clinical decision support or rules-based platforms
• Experience delivering clinical recommendations to patients, pharmacists, or prescribers
• Experience applying AI or machine learning to clinical problems
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders
• Eagerness to understand user challenges and ship solutions that make their work easier
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in both software product management and clinical pharmacy applications
• Experience launching population health, value-based care, or medication management programs for health plans
• Experience working with EHR clinical data, including FHIR resources and clinical notes
• Startup experience

Remote Work Requirements:

• An established private work area that ensures information privacy
• Reliable internet capable of low latency with the ability to carry video and voice calls without breaking up
• This role is remote, but you will be required to come to on-site meetings multiple times per year. This may be during the interview process, onboarding, and for team meetings

Travel and Other Information:

• Travel up to 10%

The posted range represents the expected salary for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The salary range for this position is: $150,000-190,000/year.
