Senior Product Manager

Job Description:

Senior Product Manager responsible for product planning and full-lifecycle management of retail industry information solutions, focusing on core product lines including e-commerce OMS, store POS, distribution supply chain, and financial integration.

1) Define the product vision and evolution roadmap, and drive product definition and iteration planning from 0 to 1.

2) Go deep into customer sites and business front lines to conduct requirement research and competitive analysis; distill industry-common scenarios and personalized pain points; produce high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and business solutions.

3) Collaborate closely with design, R&D, and testing teams to drive product iteration to delivery as planned; control feature quality and release cadence to ensure product delivery meets business value expectations.

4) Track post-launch operational data and customer feedback; continuously optimize product features and user experience; drive deep application and value realization of products among retail customers.

5) Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to produce product promotional materials and industry solution white papers; participate in pre-sales communication with key customers to support business advancement and contract signing.

6) Mentor junior product managers, consolidate requirement analysis methodologies and product design standards, and enhance the overall professional capability of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
