Senior Product Manager (Builder) (m/f/d)

Summary

Voyfai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and design AI-driven logistics solutions by working directly with operators and engineers. The role involves hands-on prototyping and shipping features using AI-native tools to automate freight forwarding tasks.

Join Voyfai, a fast-growing Series A startup shaping the future of logistics and technology across Europe.

Headquartered in Berlin, we operate at the centre of a broader group of companies active across several European markets.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Co-Founders from day one, drive meaningful impact and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Whether you're shaping how we run the company, leading strategic initiatives or building new organisational rhythms from scratch, your contributions will directly influence the success of Voyfai and the companies we support. If you're passionate about building from scratch and excited to be part of a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role:

As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you own a part of our product from the problem to the release. You spend time with operators in our forwarding companies, decide what is worth building, and design it yourself instead of writing a ticket and waiting. You work with the Head of Product, our engineers and the teams inside our group companies. AI tools are how you work every day, so an idea becomes a clickable prototype in days, not in a sprint. In your first six months, success means operators on Compass and Customs feel the difference in their daily work, and at least one new AI agent you shaped runs in production.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the discovery: sit with operators across Europe, watch how they really work, and decide what we build next

  • Design and prototype your own ideas with tools like Claude Code, Claude Design, Cursor or Lovable, and test them with real users the same week

  • Write specs that engineers can pick up without a long meeting, then stay close until the feature is live

  • Build the AI agents that take the manual work out of freight forwarding, for example customs declarations, air waybill creation and document extraction

  • Ship the small fixes and improvements yourself instead of adding them to a queue

  • Keep operators, engineers and stakeholders aligned, and say no to the things that do not move the needle in terms of impact.

What You Bring:

  • 3 to 5 years in product, ideally in B2B SaaS or operational software, with real ownership and not only delivery

  • Daily practice with AI-native tools, not a few tests on the weekend

  • Design craft you can show, plus enough code to push a small change to production alone

  • Experience running user interviews, and the discipline to cut a messy problem into a small first scope

  • Comfort with ambiguity, and with travel, because many of our users sit in offices in Netherlands, Poland, Germany and beyond

  • Fluent English, and patience with people who use it as a second language

Bonus If You Have

  • Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, customs or another complex operational domain

  • Experience inside acquired companies, where change management weighs as much as the product

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity options

  • A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven team

  • Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid)

  • 30 days of PTO

  • Regular team events and offsites

  • Monthly mobility budget via Navit
