Responsibilities
- Own the Cards and TopUps product roadmap from discovery through launch
- Define and prioritize card-payment features
- Use customer insight and data to create a prioritized backlog
- Partner with commercial, risk, and compliance teams to bring card propositions to market
- Drive outcome-oriented roadmap execution with stakeholders
- Track customer usage and iterate based on findings
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager with cards, payments, or regulated consumer fintech products
- Track record of shipping improvements that increased engagement, adoption, or revenue
- Experience working with engineering on complex technical products
- Ability to translate technical trade-offs into product decisions
- Stakeholder management across commercial, risk, and compliance priorities
- Data-informed prioritization
