Senior Product Manager

You'll own hands-on end-to-end product execution working with engineering design and business stakeholders to transform the company's vision into a best-in-class on-chain payment network. You'll apply your digital payments expertise to bridge blockchain innovation with banking requirements. You won't have existing products to iterate on—you'll build from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day product execution from MVP through production launch
• Write PRDs for core components including blockchain payment layer, fiat settlement process, wallet infrastructure, end-user interface, and partner integrations
• Work directly with Engineering to define requirements for digital money movement, token mint/burn/transfer mechanisms, fiat settlement and reconciliation processes, wallet interface, and bank API specifications
• Work directly with banks and crypto native partners to understand integration, workflows, reporting, and product needs
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to ensure features support FDIC, KYC/AML, sanctions, and related regulatory obligations
• Work with Design on UI/UX for the wallet and related components
• Conduct end user interviews to inform requirements
• Support banks and crypto native partners through integration and go-live
• Test features, track issues, and oversee resolution
• Define success metrics and monitor performance post-launch
• Produce documentation and training to support partner adoption
• Coordinate product management execution across Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog management, and standups
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts as requested

Requirements

• U.S.-based with an ability to travel up to 25%
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of product management in enterprise/B2B digital payments in a FinTech, bank, or similar regulated financial services environment
• Proven track record shipping institutional-grade digital financial products
• Experience with fiat payment rails (ACH, wires, RTP, card networks)
• Blockchain/crypto knowledge acquired through professional or personal endeavors strongly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Strong technical acumen with ability to engage with Engineering
• Skilled at managing complexity across multiple stakeholders, including banks, regulators, and internal organizations
• An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on early-stage product building
