This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Creatives) based in the United States.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Creatives team, you will own a strategic portfolio focused on transforming how advertisers create and manage digital advertising content. You will lead 0→1 product initiatives across video, CTV, AI-generated content, brand assets, and creative integrations. The role combines product strategy, technical decision-making, creative thinking, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Creative Studio, and Revenue to turn ambitious ideas into scalable products. A major focus will be applying AI and generative technologies to creative workflows and multi-channel advertising experiences. This is an opportunity to define new products, shape emerging technology, and build experiences that help advertisers create high-quality content at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio spanning video and CTV creative tools, AI-generated and branded content products, and integrations with social and external partner platforms.
- Lead 0→1 initiatives from initial discovery through launch and adoption, researching and validating problems, framing opportunities, defining product direction, and driving execution.
- Translate complex, cross-functional problems into clear product vision, requirements, and actionable specifications that provide Engineering, Design, and Quality Engineering teams with clear direction.
- Partner closely with Data Science and Engineering to determine how AI, machine learning, and generative content capabilities can be applied across creative formats while making informed technical and product trade-offs.
- Define product success metrics and KPIs, monitor performance, and use data to determine which initiatives to prioritize, discontinue, or expand.
- Collaborate with Creative Studio to ensure product capabilities reflect real-world creative workflows and meet high standards for creative quality, usability, and brand consistency.
- Develop integrations with external platforms and partners to expand the range of creative assets, formats, and capabilities available within the creative ecosystem.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication across teams, ensuring stakeholders understand priorities, decisions, progress, and expected outcomes.
- Support customer-facing teams by answering questions related to the product portfolio and helping investigate and triage bugs, regressions, and customer-impacting issues.
- Balance creative quality, technical feasibility, customer needs, business value, and measurable outcomes when making product decisions.
- Provide leadership through influence, creating alignment across multiple disciplines and helping teams move confidently through ambiguous and evolving problem spaces.
- Bring proven experience as a Product Manager within a technology company, with a track record of delivering large, complex software products from concept through launch and adoption.
- Demonstrate successful experience leading 0→1 initiatives across multiple teams, bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces and rallying stakeholders around a clear product direction.
- Have experience building products in AdTech, MarTech, creative technology, or related platforms; experience with creative-building tools or generative AI products is particularly relevant.
- Demonstrate strong fluency in AI/ML and generative AI concepts, with the ability to partner effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams, understand technical capabilities and limitations, and make informed product decisions.
- Bring a technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent level of hands-on technical experience that enables credible discussions around architecture, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
- Demonstrate strong design and creative judgment, combining an understanding of what makes an experience compelling with the technical depth required to work closely with engineering teams.
- Be an excellent cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively across Engineering, Design, Creative Studio, Data Science, Revenue, and other stakeholder groups.
- Communicate clearly and structure complex ideas into concise product narratives, requirements, and recommendations that build consensus and alignment.
- Demonstrate strong prioritization skills grounded in business impact, product strategy, customer value, and measurable KPIs.
- Bring an independent, influential leadership style with the judgment to make decisions and drive progress without relying on formal authority.
- Be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where product direction, technology, and customer needs continue to evolve.
- United States base salary range of $144,000–$198,000 USD, with final compensation influenced by experience, technical skills, knowledge, education, certifications, organizational needs, and budget alignment.
- Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and other incentives depending on the role.
