Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team. This role combines strong product ownership, deep technical expertise, and customer-facing capabilities. The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands-on professional who can bridge customer needs, business requirements, and complex technical solutions.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Networking and Cyber Security, who enjoys working across product discovery, engineering execution, customer engagements, and go-to-market activities. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple initiatives, and collaborating with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition through execution, delivery, and adoption.
  • Drive both inbound and outbound product management activities, including roadmap definition, customer feedback analysis, market understanding, and go-to-market collaboration.
  • Translate complex customer and business requirements into clear product specifications, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to define solutions, review technical designs, discuss architecture trade-offs, and ensure secure-by-default product decisions.
  • Act as a technical product expert during customer engagements, supporting pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and strategic customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to enable customer-facing activities, technical collateral creation, and successful product launches.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including solution briefs, use cases, technical specifications, architecture overviews, knowledge base articles, API documentation, and customer-facing technical materials.
  • Partner with UX teams on user flows, discovery, and delivering intuitive product experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand platform capabilities across multiple cybersecurity domains.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve product workflows, technical research, documentation, analysis, and overall productivity.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on business impact and customer value.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, Network Security Engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong technical background in Networking and Cyber Security. Hands-on experience with Network Security technologies, protocols, architectures, and enterprise security solutions.
  • Previous experience supporting pre-sales activities, customer presentations, technical demonstrations, and strategic technical discussions.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and structured technical documentation such as solution designs, use cases, technical specifications, architecture documents, knowledge articles, and customer-facing materials.
  • Experience working with platform products or complex B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and discuss system architecture, APIs, data flows, and technical trade-offs.
  • Broad understanding of multiple cybersecurity domains and the ability to connect technical capabilities with customer and business needs.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and improving product management workflows.
  • Experience with Figma, Jira, and product documentation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience as a Network Security Engineer, Security Architect, Solution Engineer, or R&D Engineer.
  • Experience with ZTNA and IAM technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in AI Security, including security considerations, risks, and best practices for AI-powered systems.
  • knowledge and/or experience with Cyber Physical Systems/OT environments / systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS or security platforms.
