Senior Product Manager - Data Platform

Requirements:

• 6+ years in product management, ideally with hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, or analytics engineering before moving into PM.
• Proven track record of building or owning a significant component of a data platform: pipelines, ingestion, and warehousing, not just consuming one.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex, multi-variable problems into structured, logical solutions.
• Deep understanding of prioritization, trade-offs, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
• Bias for action: moves on incomplete information rather than waiting for a clean spec.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience at a company where the data platform was actively being built/scaled, not inherited maturely.
• Prior background as a data engineer, analyst, or analytics engineer.
• Experience in AI-driven or data-centric product companies.
• Exposure to healthcare or other high-stakes/regulated data environments.
