Senior Product Manager / Deputy Director (Media) | Competitive Salary + Bonus

Our client is a leading global media enterprise with a dominant presence across news publishing, mobile applications, and digital content platforms. To support their rapid digital transformation and audience expansion, they are seeking a visionary Head of Digital Product / Senior Product Manager to lead their digital app and web ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Roadmap: Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for high-traffic news apps, web platforms, and digital content ecosystems to maximize user engagement, CTR, and monetization.

Editorial & Tech Strategic Liaison: Act as the strategic partner to the Chief Editor and executive stakeholders, translating editorial objectives into modern UX/UI features and technical specifications.

Competitor & Market Intelligence: Perform ongoing competitor benchmarks, industry trend analysis, and product teardowns to identify growth opportunities and resolve user pain points.

Audience & Revenue Growth: Leverage data analytics to optimize user journeys, drive page views/click rates, and implement monetization strategies.

Team Leadership: Manage, inspire, and grow a team of digital specialists, cultivating a data-driven and user-first culture.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of proven digital product management experience within Digital Media, Publishing, News Platforms, or High-Traffic Content Ecosystems.

Technical Background: Solid understanding of mobile app (iOS/Android) and web technologies, UI/UX best practices, and agile delivery methodologies. Technical background or engineering foundation is a strong advantage.

Growth & SEO Mindset: Hands-on expertise in content SEO, user acquisition, digital analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.), and product performance metrics.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and managing senior non-technical stakeholders.
