Senior Product Manager, Developer Productivity
You'll partner closely with the Developer Productivity engineering team, owning the developer experience end-to-end across CI/CD, build systems, internal tooling, developer environments, and observability. You'll translate engineering pain points into a clear roadmap, track metrics that reflect platform health, and write crisp specs that help engineers move fast. This is an explicitly AI-native role, so you'll be expected to evaluate and champion the integration of AI and agentic tooling into developer workflows, helping the broader engineering organization adopt what actually creates leverage. You'll communicate platform health and tradeoffs to leadership while keeping feedback loops tight between engineers and the platform team.
