Senior Product Manager

Ownership and continuous refinement of the product roadmap for a core part of Diligent’s governance, risk and compliance SaaS platform
Independent ownership of end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for new Diligent business lines in AI, data analytics, and insights
Definition and driving of product strategy aligning with Diligent’s vision for modern governance
Acting as the voice of the customer through discovery, validation, and translation of insights into user stories and product requirements
Leading an agile, cross-functional team to design, build and launch high-quality SaaS features
Setting goals, KPIs and success metrics for the product, tracking performance and user engagement, and iterating based on data and customer feedback
Tackling complex product and execution challenges by breaking down ambiguous problems, navigating trade-offs, and making data-informed decisions

Solid experience as a Product Manager building, shipping, and iterating B2B Enterprise SaaS products and AI assistants and agents
Strong hands-on experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams including backlog management and writing user stories
Comfortable leading customer discovery and validation conversations and turning qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders without formal authority
Data-driven mindset with confidence in metrics, experimentation and basic quantitative reasoning to set goals, measure impact and debug product issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex ideas simply to technical and non-technical audiences
Bias for action and ownership with ability to drive projects from problem definition through to launch and iteration

Experience in governance, risk, compliance, security, fintech or other B2B enterprise domains
Exposure to large-scale, multi-product platforms or secure communication and collaboration tools
Experience mentoring other product managers or playing a bar-raiser role in product quality and decision-making
