Senior Product Manager
- Owning and continuously refining the product roadmap using customer insight, data and market trends
- Defining and driving product strategy that aligns with Diligent’s vision for modern governance
- Acting as the voice of the customer by running discovery, validating problems and solutions, and translating insights into user stories and product requirements
- Leading an agile, cross-functional team to design, build and launch high-quality SaaS features
- Setting goals, KPIs and success metrics for the product, tracking performance and user engagement, and iterating based on data and customer feedback
- Tackling complex product and execution challenges by breaking down ambiguous problems, navigating trade-offs, and making data-informed decisions
- Solid experience as a Product Manager building and shipping SaaS products with a track record of defining and launching successful features or products
- Strong hands-on experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams including backlog management and writing user stories
- Comfortable leading customer discovery and validation conversations and turning qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Data-driven mindset with confidence in metrics, experimentation and basic quantitative reasoning to set goals, measure impact and debug product issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex ideas simply to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bias for action and ownership with willingness to drive projects from problem definition through to launch and iteration
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance, security, fintech or other B2B enterprise domains
- Exposure to large-scale, multi-product platforms or secure communication/collaboration tools
- Experience mentoring other product managers or playing a “bar-raiser” role in product quality and decision-making
