GoDaddy, the world's largest domain name registrar, helps millions of entrepreneurs globally start, grow, and scale their businesses. People come to GoDaddy to name their idea, build a website and logo, sell their products and services, and accept payments. Airo™, our agentic operating system for small businesses, helps entrepreneurs get their idea online, run their business day-to-day, and grow through an integrated identity, presence, and commerce experience.
Domains are where many of those journeys begin. We have over 20 million customers and manage more than 80 million domains. Beyond registration, we run a domain aftermarket for investors and businesses that want to buy or sell a name. Afternic is one of the world's largest domain marketplaces, and GoDaddy Auctions is a leading marketplace for expired domains.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work on a range of customer problems for both independent entrepreneurs getting their business online and domain investors who buy and sell names at scale. Are you interested in this opportunity? We'd love to hear from you!
What you'll get to do...
- Own and deliver against your squad's Key Results, from problem framing through launch and readout. Learn fast. Ship frequently and set clear assessment criteria before you build
- Stay close to customers. Talk with them, review their feedback, and let their problems set your priorities
- Design and run experiments. Write clear hypotheses, partner with engineering and design to ship quickly, and interpret results honestly. Not every release will produce a statistically significant result. We expect you to find sound ways to measure what's hard to measure, so you know whether a release is moving your goals in the right direction and whether it hurts other key areas
- Use AI as a tool. Apply it to data analysis, UX design iteration, prototyping, and code where it fits, and apply your own judgment to the output
- Partner across time zones with engineering, design, marketing, and support. Communicate clearly in writing and keep decisions visible
Your experience should include...
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping measurable results
- Experience running A/B tests or other experiments from hypothesis to decision
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and growth mindset that thrives on learning and continuous improvement – progress over perfection
- Skill in pulling relevant data yourself and interpreting it and practical AI fluency. You can describe where it helped you and where you chose not to rely on it
- Strong written and async communication, and comfort working with teammates that we have in other time zones with a focus on solving customer problems over shipping features
You might also have...
- Marketplace experience
- Experience with domains, web presence, or e-commerce
- Experience building for small business owners who are growing online
- Experience with financial or investing tools
We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.
We've got your back... We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.
