Senior Product Manager

You will lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new product features. You will write clear product requirement documents and drive cross-functional execution. You will guide designers and engineers to ship and maintain products, oversee product launches, work with growth to optimize channels, conduct user interviews, analyze feedback and market trends, and use analytics to make data-driven product decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products in fast-paced environments
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
