About the role
Senior Product Manager is a full-time role based in Bangkok with a hybrid work arrangement. This role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Wello Food, AI-powered dietary management platform, including product vision, roadmap development, and feature prioritization. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user and business requirements, translating them into clear product specifications, and working closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases.
The Senior Product Manager monitors product performance, interprets analytics and user feedback, and iterates on features to improve engagement, usability, and health impact. The role also involves stakeholder management, alignment with business goals, and collaboration with sales and customer success teams to support product positioning and adoption.
Qualifications
2-3 years in product management, with clear ownership of the full product cycle. Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and prioritization.
SQL proficiency. You write and run your own queries. You will not be asking an engineer for numbers.
Hands-on QA. You test the product against the requirements you wrote and drive every issue to closure with the development team.
Continuous customer research. You talk to a lot of customers and convert what you hear into product decisions.
Proven ability to ship an MVP fast to test and communicate a product direction including the prototyping using AI tools
Comfortable working with very limited engineering capacity, which means ruthless prioritization
Solid grounding in health, wellness, nutrition, or healthcare, enough to hold your own in a clinical conversation and to respect that errors have health consequences
Working proficiency in Thai and English. Patients, clinicians, and corporate clients all operate in Thai; internal product documentation is in English.
