Summary
Senior Product Manager establishing product management in a customer environment, working with stakeholders to shape product direction, refine roadmaps, and build analytics frameworks; core focus on mobile B2C products.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to establish and champion the product mindset within a customer environment that currently operates on a project-based structure with product owners only. This role will define the product management function, working closely with business analysts, delivery teams, and director-level stakeholders to shape the product's future direction.
Responsibilities
- Establish and evangelize the product manager role within the customer environment, currently supported only by a product owner
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, business analysts, delivery teams, and director-level stakeholders
- Refine the product roadmap based on legacy application features, soft launch feedback, new business demand, and delivery capacity
- Participate in operational decision-making regarding the product to support the delivery team's work
- Build a product analytics framework to inform product decisions
- Refine and formalize the product support process
- Support the mobile app launch process and the decommissioning of the old application
- Interact with the customer's UI/UX team to align product and design efforts
- Define the product roadmap for 2027 in alignment with business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience delivering mobile B2C products
- Proven experience launching and supporting the launch process for B2C mobile applications
- Proven experience building product analytics frameworks
- Proven experience building and refining support processes
- Proficiency in Greek is a must
Nice to have
- Background in Retail Banking or fintech
- Proven experience building go-to-market strategy
