Senior Product Manager for Terminals

In this position, you will be based in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Customer Onboarding Solution and Design. You will play a key role in our new pan-European Customer Onboarding platform.The focus and challenge will be to identify the main differences across regions and roll it out across various countries.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development Squad throughout the project and elicit the requirements
- Incept, build, plan and prioritize product backlog and roadmap
- Run Business Analysis on the target countries and markets
- Collaborator management in the respective regions
- Delivering business requirements to the development team
- Responsible for coordination of Non-functional requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent field.
- Full working proficiency in English
- Able to arbitrate and make fast decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for instore merchants focused on

- Self-Service Terminal Management UX: Experience designing portal features that let merchants independently manage terminal devices — binding/unbinding devices, updating settings across terminal types, with minimal reliance on support teams.
- API-Driven Configuration Exposure: Ability to translate backend terminal API configurations into merchant-friendly portal controls, ensuring clarity, validation, and error handling for non-technical users.
- Merchant-Facing Digital Features: Experience delivering features like digital receipts within a portal context — covering settings/preferences UI, compliance requirements, and merchant adoption tracking.
- Proven experience in working with multiple teams and owning end to end product development
- Knowledge of the payment industry is a must
