Senior Product Manager
Summary
Leads B2B SaaS product development for aviation software, defining strategy and roadmaps from 0→1 while balancing user needs and technical constraints.
Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience successfully building and launching products from scratch (0→1).
- Previous experience within the aviation industry or delivering software into aviation environments.
- Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and product vision.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance user needs, commercial priorities and technical constraints.
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams within Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence working autonomously within a fast-paced, scaling technology business.
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a brand-new aviation-focused platform.
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise product development.
- Balance commercial objectives, customer needs and technical considerations when making product decisions.
- Use data and customer feedback to validate product direction and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate priorities, risks and delivery plans clearly across Product, Engineering and Leadership teams.
