- Provide subject matter expertise to the support team as they handle customer escalations, this could be from initial triage on accounts through to engineering root-cause analysis, fix validation, and customer-facing resolution.
- Translate incoming support requests and customer feedback into well-formed backlog and roadmap tooling, complete with acceptance criteria, sizing context.
- Act as the technical bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and external customers – running weekly review calls and contributing to solution definition reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering and customers to dive deep into address-match behavior, multi-match logic, extended match codes, and country-specific output to drive quality improvements and documentation updates.
- Evaluate new data sources as they become available.
- Advise on communications, release-notes and other documentation.
- Drive internal demos and stakeholder alignment sessions.
